Our performance management system ensures that we remain able to deliver successful results by improving performance and developing capabilities of teams and individuals.
In other words, CCI’s Performance Management System is comprised of two performance cycles:
1) Developmental objectives, and 2) Business objectives.
The focus of developmental objectives is on people development and growth whereas business objectives are focused on achieving overall business plans. Each of these performance cycles run independently of the other to ensure undivided focus on developing people on a continuous basis while at the same time meeting business targets.
Comprehensive 360-degree evaluations are an important management tool that we use throughout the performance management process to provide feedback to our employees. Based on the outcomes of 360-degree evaluations, employees are able to define their personal and professional development objectives.
